After my second baby, I wanted to get fit and back into shape. Having run previously, I set myself the challenge of running a half-marathon. Judith helped me find an appropriate race and created a training plan based on how many times a week I wanted to train. The plan started with walking/running sessions and progressed gradually. I found it realistic and achievable but still challenging. During my training, Judith provided fantastic ongoing support and encouragement and she ran the race with me. I completed the half-marathon and with Judith’s help, I am looking forward to improving my running!
