Everyone is different and each of us require a bespoke fitness programme to allow us to achieve our personal goals.
I believe that exercise should be challenging but enjoyable and that's why I offer a variety of fitness approaches to suit different individuals and goals.
- Personal Training - Bespoke personal training combining cardiovascular fitness and resistance work to burn calories, tone up and strengthen the whole body.
- Running Coaching - Coaching isn't just for elite athletes! All levels, whether complete beginner or experinced racer, can benefit from a structured training plan, structured sessions and advice on fueling, form and running efficiency.
- Kettlebell Training - An intense whole body workout that burns calories whilst focusing on developing core strength and stability.
- Nutrition and Weight Loss –Weight loss, healthy eating for improved health and energy or fueling your body for sport and performance.
- Exercise during or post pregnancy - minimise the effects of pregnancy on your body and posture. Baby/buggy friendly workouts!
- Gentle exercise for Over 50's – Improve your muscle strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular fitness. Use it or Lose it!
For outdoor / home based PT, I will travel to your home or office and bring all the equipment you will need for your workout. Alternatively, I offer training in Fitness First in Godalming High Street.
Your programme will not only include our training sessions together but also sessions for you to complete on your own during the week. I will provide support and motivation in between your training sessions with me by text/phone/email.
