Everyone is different and each of us require a bespoke fitness programme to allow us to achieve our personal goals. After a consultation, I will be able to tailor a training programme specific to YOU and your needs. I will personally guide you through a programme of health and fitness development that includes your training, motivation, your diet and lifestyle.
I believe that exercise should be enjoyable and rewarding!
Depending on your goals, I will write a progressive yet manageable programme that may include some or all of the following elements:
- Improve Cardiovascular Fitness
- Increase muscle tone and build strength
- Posture Analysis
- Kettle Bell Training
- Diet and Nutrition
- Core strength
- Increase flexibility
- Exercise during or post pregnancy
- Exercise to aid Injury Rehabilitation
I am based in Godalming. I offer training at Fitness First in Godalming High Street or at a location of your choice within the Godalming area. I will bring all the equipment you will need for your workout. Your programme will not only include our training sessions together but also sessions for you to complete on your own during the week. I can provide support and motivation in between your training sessions with me by text/phone/email if required.
