So that your programme can include running sessions, strengthening and conditioning work and flexibility work depending on your needs and goals.
Beginners sessions focus on building up your confidence with a safe warm up, running tips on running style and efficiently, and advice on planning your training, how often and how fast to run. Sessions can start with walking/running if appropriate and are at a pace that suits you, whatever your fitness level. Whether your goal is to make running a part of your weekly exercise routine or to run your first race, I will write a bespoke programme to help you achieve your goals, stay injury free and most importantly, enjoy your running!
